Dining Options & Menu
Mentone Market offers Dine-In and Carry-Out options. They recently added additional dining space to their store and a bar. They have multiple options for food - hot, cold & frozen.
They have a cooler of grab and go sandwiches and salads.
One of our guests tried out their frozen meals to bring back to the cottage to cook and loved it!
Another guests highly praised their pizza.
That guest picked up a few pizzas and headed to Brow Park to eat dinner and watch the sunset on their first evening at the cottage. What a way to start a vacation! Beautiful and delicious!
Mentone Market features both hot and cold items on their menu. We really like their Tuscan Grilled Chicken sandwich. Their sandwiches do not include a side, but for $2.50 you can add a side and drink to finish off your meal.
Grocery
They have a grocery area with a cooler & freezer section. This is not where you come to get groceries, but if you stop by, you might see something you need in their grocery area.
Souvenirs
If you’re looking for a keepsake for your getaway, this is a great stop. They have a good selection of some great quality items.
We stopped by this weekend to order a few pizzas and left with some souvenirs of our own. We purchased a book published by a local author in the 1980‘s that tells the history of the Mentone area that we plan to put in the magazine rack in the living room of Lazy River Cottage for our guests to enjoy. I bought a DeSoto Falls t-shirt too!!
