I cannot say enough nice things about this property or the owners. My family had the best time, and we will definitely be back. The owners were very thoughtful with planning for their guests, and even had a special treat waiting for us. The cottage is beautiful, clean, and still smells new. The porch and fire pit were perfect for family time and sipping coffee. We had plenty of supplies, and the guest book was very helpful in giving directions to nearby stores. This was the best family vacation we've had, and we cannot wait to return.

Pristine and Comfy!

Lazy River Cottage was the perfect setting for our family getaway to Fort Payne. The house is beautifully decorated with a feeling of "welcome home". The owners are very accommodating to every question and need. Kayaking up and down the river was peaceful and the firepit so cozy. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!
